Chico
is lucky enough to be one of the few communities to have its very own radio
station, not a commercial radio station or a public radio station but a
community radio station where ANY member of this community can become a part.
We are nicknamed the “Zephyr”, which is symbolized by a train. The ribbons in
this flag come form the Palio logo and unfold into the Zephyr, which is
streaming its way across the airwaves to the foothills and beyond.
