Artists
Local artists are encouraged to participate in Chico Palio and Artoberfest in many ways.
Chico Palio is about economic development through a community-based event. Modeled after successful festivals in other parts of the world, country and state, Chico Palio is designed to grow through grass-roots participation.
- First, make sure you've provided us with a photograph of yourself, creating art or a sample of your artwork so it can be posted to the www.artoberfest.org site, which is linked to the Chico Palio site. More than 300 artists have done so already.
- Secondly, artists are encouraged to collaborate with the many galleries or non-profits to exhibit their art during this high-exposure time.
- Third, join us at the kick-off! We need your energy, creativity and vision on hand to create a fun, safe and unique community experience.
